GURGAON MASTER PLAN is divided into 5 major parts. These are as follows-

  2. Golf Course Area
  3. North Gurgaon

  5. Upcoming Areas (Dwarka Expressway + New Gurgaon)

Description Of Land Use (Gurgaon Master Plan 2031):

There are three types of land uses under the Gurgaon Master Plan 2031 namely-

Residential, Commercial, and Industrial. Let’s have a look at each of these different types –

Residential Land Use :

  • 16,021 Hectares reserve — 42.5 lakhs person.
  • 8,000 hectares — HUDA & licensed builder already created residential zones.
  • Width of the road — 12 meters for easy traffic flow.
  • Availability of Vilas, Kothi, Independent Floors, High rise apartments, Affordable Apartments, Deen Dayal Jan Aawas Yojna Plots & Floors.

Commercial Land Use:

  • Total 1616 Hectares
  • HUDA has already developed 480 hectares of land
  • 200-meter-wide business enclave alongside a few highways.
  • More than 48.50 Hectares have been set in sector 99A along Delhi Rewari railway lines.
  • Availability of Retail, SCO, Hotels, Offices, Complex, Multiplex, Food Court, Restaurant, Service apartments.

Industrial land Use :

  • Total — 4,613 Hectares — Expending needs of the Software business, automotive industries, and other pollution-free hi-tech enterprises.
  • Already developed 1,246 hectares of land
  • Availability of Industrial warehouses, Sheds, Manufacturing, Units, Industrial plots, FLEX Space(office/R&D/Showrooms /Warehouse), and Data Centers.
